    Isnt going out as a newbie with a trainer part of schooling? I would expect most companies to have some type of contract for this. Did you or are you going to pay for your schooling fees upfront or are you having the company cover the cost of this.... if the company is covering well yea they want something back on their investment. Maybe i dont understand what you are asking. To me newbie training and school are really the same thing I guess.

    I already have my license, this is just for going with trainer and working along with trainerand then being held there for a year or owe company for said training.

    Some where in there i didnt see that he already had his liscense. So yes i dont think this is right.
