Onion shortage!

Sitting here in Yakima WA wondering what the hell happened to the onions this year. Seems like I haven't seen much onion volume coming out of the area this year or their just not hitting ITS. You guys notice any difference?

My grandfather would eat white onions raw. Eat them like an apple. He always carried a couple in his saddle bags if he was out on horseback all day. Maybe a little jerky, too. I take pages from his book whenever I can. When I had to show a CHP my pickup registration he commented that it smelled like onions. He was right. There were two in the glove box.

My dad would slice them up and soak them in vinegar for a few days..Also loved his mustard and onion sandwiches..

We are at prosser wa right now no onion shortage here. Trucks one after another bringing onions in. A we are 3 rd flatbed in line to get loaded.
