Yep....our company has been hiring "students" from a local "school", whose owner BTW is a former employee (he tore the tandems out-from-under a trailer and blamed the shop). This guy couldn't do his own log-books with-out violations and none of his "students" can do violation-free logs either.
The Phoenx school is only doing a class once every THREE weeks. I applied today.....we'll see what happens
Really? Well that's sure possible, I haven't spoken to them over at the Academy in a few weeks. Sure is telling that the turn over isn't much.
Yeah, I spoke with "our friend" and was told that they are only taking AZ students and only what they need to replace turnover (taking 3-6 weeks to get into training)....I applied today and got a call back so we'll see what happens!
Yeah, I applied with Central now, they pulled my MVR today said that they will call me tomorrow and if come up like i said it would (clean with the exception of 1 unpreventable accident which was ruled 100% not at fault) HAHAHA now that I think of it, my position now and my accident is kind of ironic. But ill save that story for another time. It did have to do with a trucker making an illegal u-turn.
