we should all hope so many others have that same thought.

 

Really the whole thing is very stupid. Lets face it if you're going out on the town you make plans to get yourself back without breaking the law.My point is to quote the law and not how
someone can come up with a different meaning. The next thing that will pop up is you'll have to have a medical card with your CDL to drive any vehicle. I understandand some states do that but mine doesn't. So I'm retired and holding onto a CDL with no med card and noit driving any CMV. With the CDL and the .04 limits in your car I'll never believe any saying or heresay unless it can be used in court. The law must come out and address the .04 limit in your personal vehicle and not a bunch of links here and heresay there. Until then if you're trying to find the law good luck.
