OOS for not having a permit

    You should have came on TTR after you loaded, but before you took off. You would have saved yourself an inspection

    It might be a divisible load. He won't be able to get a permit for that.

    Dimensions are set by states. They are not federal OOS. That is why on the inspection it lists it as not being an OOS. At the same time state law prohibits oversize violations without a permit. Get the permit and move on.

    102" wagon? When I was doing steel, our yard guys would load with stuff sticking out all the time!! Helped if it was on a 102 instead of a 96...
