    Did they find it when you got back to the terminal or his word against yours?....We knew not to drink in the truck 25 years ago.

    Wow, this is a very old thread that you've commented on. You were fired for violating company policy. You didn't get a ticket, so this is not on your MVR. You're fine to apply elsewhere and shouldn't have any trouble finding another job as long as your MVR is clean. Stay away from the large national companies, though.
