Open letter about wakefulness

Awhile, week one will probably just be craptastic. Ive made both switches running dedicated. But the last time i switched from night to day i started Dipping again.

 

Old thread. What the hell was on that tooth pick?
I don’t run when I’m tired, caffeine intoxication (vomiting shakes etc is a rough night).

 

Speaking of flipping sleep schedule day to night for example takes 5 days by the sun. OR a special light and timer tied to local sunrise that will simulate sunrise or set for you.

Only one company gave out days off for switching sleep times for dedicated local bulk. Three days no more and you are on your own. Get going don;t be late.
