I don't know if now would be a good time to try and start on your own. Also have you checked on insurance I hear it's really high for new intrants right now.

As trucker it’s always a bad time bud somethings I feel we are a second class Citizen... but got tired of leasing for others and they get there sweet share while am dealing with the hassle yeah it’s not bad 1200 to 1500 a month.

The other thing is do you have your own customers or going to run off the boards because if you look at what they are offering on the load boards now it's pathetic.

12 to 1500 a month, what state are you in, how much coverage is that? I ask because I was right at 1k a month when I started with no experience at 21, less than shiny MVR and a new authority.

Doing it right now only means that enthusiasm is winning over common sense. I'd start to write the new chapter when this virus thing is over, so that everybody goes back to work and there is more freight to pull.
Getting own authority does not automatically mean that things will get better, especially money - wise.
