    There is. It's paying ~$31,007.

    The way THAT particular sheet is set up is to show WHERE the break even point is. In this example, that's $1.43 per mile.

    Different maint accounts for different "tasks"....

    The Maint Account is for the big stuff. Saving for tires, trannies, engines etc. I have SPENT as much as it shows in my Maint Escrow account already this year.

    The MISC Maint account is for the little stuff. Window cleaner, lights, wiper blades, air lines etc. Stuff you'd likely fix on the road.

    MN - That's a good spreadsheet. I have one as well although a little different. To the OP there are several of these spreadsheets floating around. Some more advanced than others...if you want to customize it and do not know Excel that well, hire a someone off Craigslist that has the skills to build you one and you can have as many columns as you want. It shouldnt be too expensive but as I mentioned there are several of these already made up and on the net.
