Opinions needed

Hi everybody,

I got a 91 w900 that used to be a tractor and was converted to a triaxle dump. It currently has 44k rears and AG100 suspension. I was offered a cutoff with 46k full locker rears(housings, pumpkins and axles), neway suspension, and brakes all with 20k-ish on them with receipts and paperwork on everything from a buddy.

It was the 1st truck I started my business with so I have some sentimental attachment to it. My question is, is it worth putting a lot of money into it to restore it and keep it or would a better business decision be to sell and upgrade?

Clean, cabs in real good shape. Frame is real clean too. I'd need to do something with the hood cause it's got some busted up spots. 3406b I had gone thru afew years back and I'd want to change the tranny
