Neither is the General Lee or the Connex 3300 which are some of the most popular radios among these drivers. Since it's an AM/FM only rig the retail price of $139 is $50 less than the wholesale price of 189 for the General Lee or Connex 3300. I would not choose to buy this radio but anybody that uses the Connex or the General Lee would probably like this radio just fine since it's the same power output level in a more compact package.
Definitely kind of hard to beat for the price..

I'm sure you know these truck drivers they really love their Echo and talk back and by the time you add those features into that radio you end up with a $250 radio anyway....

    Superstar DM-452 mic, $20-30

    This Barjan speaker, $15-25

Talkback speakers work with any radio that needs the mic plugged in for receive audio to work properly.

Anybody can use their name on it if they buy enough of them. The company that manufactures the radio will put your name on it for you if you order a minimum amount

I have a 94HPC in my pickup. Nice little radio. pain to use, can't just reach down and feel for a knob to turn. It'd make a better base station.
