    Its now your responsibility. You should have weighed it or get scale ticket from other driver to see you are legal. But since the other driver picked it up 2 states away the company should charge him. Regardless, your name goes on the ticket. I never repower without checking the weight. My company has too many lazy drivers that dont give a dam about doing the job thier supposed to do. What did the ticket cost if you dont mind me asking

    Like other posters have stated a levelling valve OR you weren't postioned right on scale and weights were a combination of two axles I was about to get a ticket 6 miles after I scaled at a cat scale I asked to be reweighed when I showed him the scale ticket his supervisor let me reweigh I went back in coop he told me I was good to go weights were good said I must've had brakes on ya right
