They hire new cdl grads also. Better than flatbed, moneywise.

 

Lots of outfits run crap equipment. If they can give you what you need, pay, home time, etc, don't just automatically rule them out.
If you do hire on with one of these that run crap equipment, just be sure that what YOU are driving and pulling is safe and meets all equipment laws.
