I finally got 1st seat and my own truck. They saddled me with a 2008 freightliner century with the opti idle. I figured out howto turn it on. But I am the kind of person that likes to know how everything works. I have a digital thermostat in the sleeper and have been messing with it. I tried finding a manual online but had no luck. Can someone explain exactly how I use it or point me in the right direction for a manual?

Try this Gravedigr.
https://secure.freightliner.com/newbulletins/techmanuals/DM-MM_Web/English/Freightliner/Driver's%20Manuals/Century%20Class%20ST%20and%20Coronado%20Driver's%2 0Manual.pdf
If that doesn't work then here is where I got it from:
http://www.classadrivers.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-31962.html
Let me know if that helps. -
That link requires a login to continue. It is a secure site at freightliner.com.

Actually your link did help. I traced it back to here http://www.freightlinertrucks.com/parts-service/service/manuals.aspx and found online manuals. Hopefully what I need will be there.
EDIT: ok got it all figured out. Now my only problem is when the truck starts itself my power inverter gets a power surge and shuts itself off, emitting a very annoying beep that wont quit iun the process.
