I just left a regional courier company I was at the last 4 years. I drove gas and diesel non commercial vehicles while there. We used a self service fueling station and I pumped my own right next to OSP Troopers doing the same thing.

Getting set for school next week to get my CDL and then whatever I can find.

REALY maybe you should stop at the next pilot, flying j, or ta in oregon and tell me if you ever see someone other than a truck driver pumping fuel into a class 8 truck....? in 7 years of running in oregon i have NEVER seen any truck stop employee pump fuel

    (2) "Class 1 Flammable Liquid" means any liquid with a flash point below 25 degrees Fahrenheit, closed cup tester. Note: Diesel fuel is not a Class 1 flammable liquid.

If you pulled up to your local Shell station in OR or any other retail only filling station, generally they're not going to be cool with you filling up your 4 wheeler yourself even if it takes diesel.

Rules are apparently different though if you're filling a commercial rig at a TS. Also if you have a Pacific Pride account card you pump your own gas or diesel. I used to do this all the time for an old employer who used fuel cards for their company vans and trucks.
