They will need to verify your employment. I suggest you contact past employers and prepare them for the call from USX. Also, if you have changed States in the past, get a release from your previous State verifying that you surrendered the drivers license from that State. I had two people who struggled with this in my orientation and they had to verify me also even though it had been over 10 years since I moved from Washington State.Wrench Turner Thanks this.

The license issue won't effect me since I have lived in PA all of my life. I will be checking with Scarlet this am about the employment verifications. My last employer is the hold out.

I am glad you brought up EZ Pass. I forgot to ask. I had it to bypass weigh stations with the US Mail which fortunately for me we were exempt by contract to have to weigh due to time contraints. The mail is a nightmare; I will never ever do that again.

Leaving Sunday morning around 11 am and supposed to be in Shippensburg around 9 pm. Already packed and ready to go, cant wait to get the show on the road. One of the guys from my class he got sent out to Springfield, Oh for oreintation this past Monday and got hired yesterday, he was supposed to find out today about getting a trainer. I recieved my letter from TSA and went to DMV this past Tuesday and got my hazmat endorsement put on my license.

Ahh, the trainer issue. First off, good luck in orientation this week. We are short on trainers and many have had to wait a week (or three) for a trainer. Good luck on that. They are trying very hard to fix this issue.engine312 Thanks this.

Sweet! I am calling the recruiter today (and chattanooga tomorrow if necessary). You make friends in orientation (it is a good bonding experience). I want to be in your shoes TOMORROW!!!

Well the bus ride sucked, we got to Hagerstown, Md on time and the had to wait 3 hours for someone who missed the bus in Baltimore. We got to the motel at midnite.
Day 1 of oreintation went well. I passed my physical, road test, and whatever you call the other test. Sorry its been a long day.
Day 2 is going to be a long day trying to play catch up on the rest of the stuff we were supposed to do today. So far it has been a positive experience. The people are very friendly. -
Thanks for the good luck. I didn't want to hear about trainer shortage. I would like to get the show on the road. But we will do what we have to do.
