    There is no argument about needing training when you are fresh out of school. The argument is why must CRE charge you for the training. To the best of my knowledge all other companies give you the necessary training without charging you.

    I am going with Swift in 2 weeks. They don't charge anything. CRE is the only one I have seen that charges. And I looked at many web sites trying to get a job.
