They will contact you either by phone or via email if they are interested. You can also try contacting them if you'd like.

It can take up to two weeks for them to get around to an application.

If things look good, then they go through with a background check and employment verification. This can take up to a week. Then you can set a date.

That all depends on how willing your employers are to respond back to Prime. Also depends on how busy they are. You have to rember they have a lot of apps to go through.:biggrin_25519:

Prime is more thorough. We dont just hire anyone off the street. They have their reasons for being picky.... like a $100,000 truck, $50,000 trailer + hival loads that could be worth over $1,000,000...

i agreed too. seem like they are willing to invest for the trainning too. with all those simluation and extra time on the road with trainer, and they pay higher too.
by the way, the recuriter told me that if i choose a light weight less equip truck i will get pay more per mileage. What's the difference between the regular truck and the less equip truck?

The lightweight trucks are smaller... Look at the DragonTamerBrats album, then look at the pics I have in my thread. JCWs truck is a light weight Cascadia, mine is a fullsize Cascadia. The lightweights have smaller sleepers, far less storage, n a smaller engine. Mine has a full size condo sleeper, tons of storage, and a bigger engine. His is a reefer truck though. We dont use the cute trucks on the flatbed side.

You can request whatever you want lol They will give you what they got lol Which last time I was in the yard... They had 12 lightweight Petes, which are smaller than the Cascadias
