I just recently got off the road OTR and got a job a NFI. The reason one poster said it's bait and switch is bc the jobs fill up quickly. It took me 3 months of hounding the recruiter to get on board. And that's with a friend that worked there referring me. Also company drivers that want to switch from OTR or from another account get priority over outsiders. So it's not bait and switch it's just how fast it fills up. They have at least 5 local dedicated accounts. I run reefer for a account there and it's all out and back runs. Either shuttles or store deliveries. 8-10 hr nights 2 days off a week home every day. It's the easiest job I've ever had. Pay isn't top pay but it's by far not the bottom.
