OTR driver looking for a good long haul job with a SMALL company. I define small as 25 trucks or less. Reefer or van. Home time is wide open. No real limit, if I can get what I need. Doing temp runs and side jobs till the right long haul job comes along.
My major priority is getting into a solid, reliable truck. Without that nothing else matters. I will not destroy my clean record by running junk equipment. My ideal job would be cross country runs or big mile OTR. Can compromise on that if there are higher miles involved. Looking for reasonable pay for my experience. I can do W2, or 1099 with some conditions.
I also do temporary and casual runs, truck and load recoveries, truck moves. Nationwide. Not picky about equipment for this type of work, other than it has to be able to pass a DOT inspection before I move it long distance. Rates and terms based on the job.
About me:
30 years experience. Mainly vans and reefers. Some grain hopper, tanker, flatbed. A year driving in ND oilfields. All lower 48 states. Every transmission up to 18 speed, wheelbases to 290. CDL A with tanker, renewed till 2029. 2 year DOT physical. Completely clean MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse. No criminal record ever. No drugs EVER. Lifetime NON smoker. I don't drink alcohol, and haven't touched it in over 20 years. No DUIs EVER. Good physical condition. Can still pass an Army PT test easily. Have some videos on my YouTube channel to back that up. Sergeant Trucker. 8 year active duty US Army infantry veteran, 86 - 94, Honorable.
Based in Rochester, Indiana.
If you have junk equipment, serious problems with the DOT, or a history of screwing drivers there is no point in contacting me. I do check. Just saying.

Hey...I don't know if you're still looking, but we just ordered 10 trucks. That should but us around 30. We should be getting them in the next week or 2. I am not gonna say the name just yet, but I figured to see if you're still looking.

Still looking for something long term. Obviously I would need to know some details. -
Reed Transport out of Oklahoma City....we have about 10 trucks arriving.
Trcandme.com is the website. -
Website just gives generic information. Can't seem to find them on the FMCSA website. Only Reed Transport I find in Oklahoma is a broker. And I think it said they're looking for drivers within 200 miles of OKC.
