OTR Driver Needed % Pay $1,600+/Week

Equipment:
- 2019 Columbia Glider Kit truck. ELD exempt.
- 10 spd. Series 60 factory reman. engine 500 hp.
- 2019 Utility Reefer trailer.
Job details:
- W-2 pay with weekly direct deposits
- Pay is 25% of the gross which comes to about $0.60/mile on all miles. Average pay is $250-300/day. Rates fluctuate and should be higher during holidays or produce season. I've had drivers make as much as $3,000 a week working 7 days, but it's not usual. I believe paying my drivers a fair wage and being fully transparent.
- Paid extra stops, detention, layovers.
- Most loads are reefer ( produce, meat, frozen, etc.) and some dry loads. No driver loading/unloading.
- Most lanes are Midwest, MI - WI - MN - IA - MO - IN - OH. Some TX and SE during produce season.
- Fuel card, EZ pass, Pre-pass.
- Home time is weekly or every other week depending on driver location.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 years verifiable CDL-A experience. Reefer experience helpful but not necessary.
- Clean MVR for the last 24 month. 1 moving violation would not be disqualifying.
- Pass pre-employment drug test.
