I average 3700 miles every 10 days or so... that includes 2 to 4 days of home time. It is very possible to get over 4000k miles in 6 to 8 days even easy... I do it somewhat regularly in a 67 mph truck. But you will need to know how to run almost to the very end of you 11 hour clock each day, utilize split berth to your advantage to minimize down time due to appointment times & slow shippers/receivers, make use of any and all exemptions that are legally available to you, keep that left door shut, and be ready to go back on line 4 for pretrip as soon as you legally can after a 10 or split berth segment.
I generally stop 2 times a day... 1 for a 30 which may include getting fuel. And 1 to go to sleep for my 10. I don't stop unless I REALLY need to... and thise stops are planned to minimize time off the big road... always stop at places VERY close to my route. I only go more than 2 miles off my route if I know of a hidey hole to park for a 10... 30s are always done as close as possible to my travel route as possible.
