Wats up everybody, havent gave a update in a while so thought its bout time for one. Been running pretty good lately, so really no complaints in that compartment. The only problem ive had lately is the freightliner I was in decided to break a crank in half on the Turnpike. Called the shop and they said it was prolly just the fuel filter and told me to drive it to W W Williams to get that repaired. I told them my engine sounded like a bag full of cans and I was kind of weary of it being a fuel filter but netherless I tried going there. Pulled into the W W Williams lot and the thing just broke, and engine cut off. That should be repaired sometime after Christmas. Right now im back in a good ole T6 Kenworth. Now im left with the decision on if I should just keep this truck or get the freightshaker back. Guess ill do some thinking on it. Ive ran into Bear and Baritone a couple times lately, and its a always pleasure talking to yall and I preciate yalls help and advice. Havent seen Whitey yet, he seems to be avoiding me on the road, lol. He did help me with some questions I had on the T6, I greatly appreciate that man. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and also a Happy New Year. Im taking my vacation this week so Ill be back out Jan 2nd. See yall back on the big road then

Wats up everybody, hope yall had a good Christmas and New Year. Left the house tuesday and got a load out of Eden going to Montgomery, NY. Got to Montgomery where it was a balmy 5 degrees outside, lol. Delivered that this morning and then got sent over to Versailles, CT to pick up some paper going to Wyoming, MI. Never been to Michigan, so im kinda excited bout this, even though I know its really not a big deal, lol. Currently at the TA in Bloomsburg, PA for my 10. Everybody be safe out there and stay warm!

Hey guys, just thought I'd give yall a weekly update. Sit in Georgia half the day Monday waiting for a load, got one around 2pm to Owens and was suppose to be loaded from 1200-2359. Needless to say didnt get it done till 10am tuesday. Took that up to Kaufman Container in Cleveland, OH. From there picked up at Cintas in I believe its called Brecksville, OH. That load went to Cascades in Eau Claire, WI. On the way up there ran into the white stuff. Roads werent that bad just the left lane was kinda iffy at times. Did see a couple of jackknifed rigs and lots of cars in ditches however. After I delieverd that got a load picking up at Menards DC in Eau Claire going to Menards store in Kenosha, WI. Delivered that today and got a load that picked up at the West Allis yard thats going to Eden. Im goin to be bout a hour and a half short from making it there tomm so should get there early Sunday morning. Currently taking my 10 at Lake Station, IND. Hope everyones running good and be safe. Heard theres possiblily of another midwest winter storm coming in next week

Heya Gilley, How did the loading go at Versailles? That place can be up and down. One of the great things about Menard drops is that you can do a little shopping while they are unloading you.lol. Be safe!

Versailles was a drop and hook for me thank goodness. The last time I was there I sit there 22 hours waiting to get loaded. Your right on Menards, I do the same thing, or atleast browse the store and add to my wishlist, haha

Been eyeballing a refrigerator/freezer that will fit in the closet area behind the driver seat...course I wouldnt be able to hang any clothes up but I'm perfectly fine with that if I could get the fridge and freezer...main thing I'm after is the freezer....would be nice to get a mini freezer or something...my girl bought me a grill/riddle//stove all in one for Christmas but its hard not having a freezer! One thing I'm not sure of is how much power that fridge/freezer will draw...I have a 1500 watt inverter that I need to get installed...I'm just afraid of it drawing so much power that it drains the batteries quickly and will require me to idle the truck 24/7 to keep the freezer powered....if anyone has ideas or anything..feel free to post! Thanks!
