That's all dependant upon the carrier you drive for or are leased to.

First you need to tell us if you are planning to lease to a carrier, or get your own authority, and do you have your own trailer?

I am leasing to a company but they are telling me to make the best money I will need to get my own loads. They can help me get them but they are not going to try to get the best loads. I am using their flatbed

So...if they're NOT trying hard/working hard for you WHY bother leasing to them?

Sounds like a joke of a company, why lease to someone who doesn't have there own freight, you're gonna end up with 50% of what the load really pays, silly

I believe they run the same as Mercer or Landstar, they have agents across the country booking the freight, put it on a load board, and you pick what you want from there.

    SHC Thanks this.
