this is the internet, we all KNOW everything is true!!

but we have also seen/heard, the lies and deceitfulness of some as well.

good luck in your future. you may have to go back to school and learn it all over again, since you let your DOT physical expire as i do believe you said.

but i'd also say, "stay out of the snow".

Funny, I had a speeding ticket in 2014. It's not on my DAC. Please link where you read that traffic tickets go on DAC? I'd like to read that. Oh wait, I get it. This is more of that misinformation that flows around TTR, isn't it?

I can only speak of my experiences from my home state of California. One being that DMV reports nothing to Hireright (DAC). Two, I have tickets from years back still on my H6. What isn't on the H6 are the points associated with those tickets. Only points I have are the points from my recent speeding ticket. Those will fall off next year but the ticket will still show up.

California also offers what they call a "purge". I was told it's a one time deal and it will wipe all violations off your report. I purged back in 2005. Everything prior to 2005 is gone.

There's companies that will hire you. Try to get enrolled in a cheap 160 hr. school and start over again.
Try Swift if a private school is out of the question.
Submit enough applications and some company will hire you.
Carolina Cargo will probably hire you; they're a second chance company.

Snow is one of the main reasons I left Tennessee for Las Vegas.

I think what you are confusing are any points from your state that are associated with that ticket, and the ticket itself. The ticket will remain on your driving record for awhile. I have tickets on my PA license from 2002 and 2003. Also as others have said, you also have a commercial vehicle driving record that is associated with your commercial license. You will have this on your DAC and your PSP record for a bit longer than just 2 yrs.

sorry just read through the first page.... didn't realize it was covered extensively. lol

In 1981 I jackknifed a truck at less than 5 mph. This was in Germany and there was a tach box in the truck so I know the speed was less than 5 mph, because it didn't record.

Anything is possible. In my case I was making a right turn on the down hill side of a hill and the trailer continues straight. Pushed the truck around until they met.
