    And depending upon how "current" the log book was may determine IF a "Data Q" defence will work. The vast majority of "Data Q" defences are denied BUT you can apply an indefinate number of times.

    Dang! They means 8 out of 10 drivers are fat and/or has a jacked up health problem and nearly 3 out of 10 are smoking, snorting something or drinking a beer. If that's not enough.. 7 out of 10 are driving tired. I guess that leaves the rest with unsafe equipment.

    They use a lot off OO's so that's just the ones using UVL's dot number. Companies like this are starting to make drivers get there own authority so they'll stop trashing companies CSA scores

    Doesn't matter. If they do an inspection good or bad it will show.

    Now if you get a ticket but no inspection that's different.
