We run dry van only, probably 5-7 weeks with a trainer. You have to have 15k miles before upgrade and road test for own truck. Roehls a good company as well, so whichever you choose good luck.

Well, week one down. Got in a little over 2k miles driving last week. Not to bad for the first week. It was a good week. I learned a lot and my driving, shifting, and backing improved tremendously over the last six days. I also learned a lot about how to do the paperwork, use Qualcomm, and lots of things that will help me when I get in my own truck.
Getting a "B" service today. I should get more miles in this week as I get more confortable.
Will keep ya'll posted.....be safe all

Update please. Thinking about signing with Millis. Do you get to be a lumper with them? If so, what kind of pay? And how is the pay starting out with Millis?

Millis pays lumpers, the driver never unloads. As far as your other questions, do some research. There are MANY threads on here about Millis, also Millis has a website that I'm pretty sure would have the pay info on it.
