no the glass is all bowing out, something came out, while there is a slight possibility the driver kicked it out i doubt it, it looks more like he flew out. the hole was much to small to crawl out of, but rocket out of like a rag doll, i can see that.

Get yer eyes checked there sonny, the laminate glass is bowed IN on top of the dash. You can see in the picture that the towing co or someone has put clear plastic wrap over the hole to keep rain, etc out whilst in their yard.

When rescuing a driver in a layover you do NOT go in the windshield on the LOW side. You would use the passenger side door or the upper windshield (in this case).

umm no. There was nothing covering the hole but air. The glass is bowed out, while i will agree in the pic it doesnt look like it. the truck was rolled onto the drivers side, so if they somehow broke it OUT they would have done so on the low side

I called that shop where the truck is located and talked to Pedro, he went out and checked the glass and confirmed that the glass is bowed in. He said he is an expert in bowed in glass because when he breaks into cars every time the glass is bowed in because he is on the outside of the car not on the inside. Their you go AT expert witness proved it. Lets move on.
