this is now my second time on a blog, and i do apologise for any breaches i may commit. i had heard leasing reefer trailers for o/o is difficult-- if i can figure out the pitfalls and the benefits-- i plan to open an operation with 2002 ish reefer boxes. Help on how to keep from going broke in a day would be appreciated. since we were a finance company for venture capitalist (read loans to the small business $20-30k) before the melt down i go by gloans-- ideas, help, etc. i need thanks gloans

Pitfalls in 8+ year old equipment could be many.Older poorly maintenanced reefer units are common.I`ve seen weakened crossmembers under the floor go from a dip in the floor to a hole seemingly overnight. You already know the key is going to be purchasing at the right price then finding a market for them.I`m wondering if trailer theft is still a big problem. As long as you know your customer you should be alright.
