Michigan to your receiver is the only worry, depends entirely on where, if you run north on 69, cut around ft wayne over to toledo on 24, keep north on 23 up into michigan and take whatever you need to into detroit, you SHOULD be safe, but as everyone else mentioned, detroit itself can get a bit dicey on the underpasses in town

I ran a 13 10 load sarnia to south bend a few years back in winter sticking to 69 to 94 to 31 south just fine, but that didnt go through detroit

I think the Trucker Path app is more accurate for scales.

If you can double clutch, you're basically already floating. Just stop using the clutch when you shift. Practice will fix the rest.

As for starting a thread is concerned, pick which sub forum you think is relevant to your question, and look for the gigantic blue "Post New Thread" button at the top right of the screen.

450 miles to go. Going to be a minute before I resume the trip, because I want to time getting there at a certain time.

    I'm going around Detroit.

Thanks everyone for propping me up.

Good luck. Same type of pipe got me going to Nashville when the bridge was closed and I had to go up 55 and down to 40 by Jackson because of the 13’6 bridge on bypass route. DOT for each state has oversized routes posted. I was right at 13’9 or 13’10.
