I don't, because I refuse to.
I run during the day only.
There are some times when I will pick up or deliver a bit late in the day or at 5 or 6 in the morning, but they are rare and few.
And I never drive overnight.

Wow they must not have any freight running to your area. It's getting this way with some companies now. They are are cutting deadhead miles to home now, also freight down south is rough.

It's tough in Myrtle Beach. Most companies won't touch anyone south of I-95 or they'renot taking anyone from South Carolina. We have no truck stops and very little industrial places down here from I-95. When I was looking at flatbed companies, you would have to be 2 weeks out before home time for my area.
