If only people knew that most cities have the same stores, restaurants, etc. as their own city. The only major change will be that their family won’t be nearby. They will need to shell out some $500 every year to visit their family.

There is also this new (?) idea of retiring early, especially very early for those who are younger. There are two people who come to mind: Mr. Money Mustache and Financial Samurai. They have their own sites, and have very insightful information. However, for starters you want to look into The Total Money Makeover (by Dave Ramsey), and then The Millionaire Next Door (by Thomas Stanley and William Danko). The latter was life changing for me. I couldn’t be the same anymore, and I attribute a good portion of my financial and business success to it.

You mean lots of Hispanics? Texas has lots of Hispanics, but these Hispanics are not the same as the ones in California. With the exception of border cities like El Paso and Laredo (to name two), many Hispanics in Texas have been living there for generations. Their children barely speak Spanish. Some cannot use it at all, but they can understand it. People look at them, and some of them look very “Hispanic,” but that’s usually because they have been working all day in the sun, and their skin darkens naturally. I’m talking about those living far from Texas major cities like Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston. People’s skin tend to whiten if they work indoors.

That can’t be true. College degrees have been around for centuries, although the names have changed. Today a college degree lasts about 4 years and consists of 2 years general education courses and 2 years of your chosen subject/specialty. Degrees can be accomplished sooner, but the traditional structure is 4 years with no courses taken in summer or winter.

    P.S.

They usually don't give me a problem until I get out the BBQ and folding chairs.
