Overnight Rest stop with Low Cost Bed

If you've got money to buy accessible property for trucks to park for 3-6 hours, looks to me like it would be more appealing as simple "paid parking" if it's in an area that needs reliable parking that can be assured to be there.

But you're talking about massive investment either way if you're accommodating multiple big trucks at any one time. But in trucking it's location, location, location.

 

My guess is cleaning and maintenance would make it a bit less cost effective than would be desired.

Locals don't even want truck stops in their back yard. Imagine telling the local city you want to build a place you rent bed by the hour to truckers. People would probably go crazy with that and come up with all kinds of scary reasons not allow that business. You know have everyone has to protect the kids.
