The Foreign Earned Income Exclusion was bumped up to $96,000 in 2008 or 2009 after Congress passed a bill that requires Social Security and Medicare taxes be reported and taken out.

I drove a car there earlier this year on vacation, and I tip my hat to the truck drivers there. They use shorter rigs on the back roads, but driving the Pacific coast highway up the Coromandel peninsula wore me out even in a car. It was probably 40 miles of curves so tight that mirrors were hanging on the cliffs at ever bend.

With that being said, Costa Rica is the craziest that I have seen lol... everything through the mountains is like the tail of the dragon, and they use 53 footers

Not sure if I was near that...most if the beaches were rocky where I went. We spent a week driving around the north island, but I wish I had a month. Beautiful country

Have a friend that works for Microsoft in Aus., he sent me some info some time back about driving in Aus., no thanks. Pay isn't worth a ####, although if you run the trains they do pay decent, about what heavy haul pays here, but even still, there is undercutting like crazy. The getting started part was something like 4 to 6 months. If anyone follows Iwona, on YouTube, the chick that drives trucks in Europe, and has the long Vlog (she's smoking hot as well), she recently started driving in Canada, with her goal being running down here. Canada recently changed their rules/laws about foreigners coming, caught her off guard. Even with all her exp., letters of recommendation, etc., she's having a hard time, when she was told it would be a piece of cake.

You'll never make it trucks have built in governors for 56mph. It is this way for just about all of Europe.

I rode with a couple of former co-workers in Europe. Two of them are British. They say you can't make any money in the UK. They have to drive in the rest of Europe until they get a load home. After that, get a load back to the mainland until you go home.

Someday if I am lucky I would like a hour with a 4 trailer half million gross pound road train down under. Maybe a 400 cat on a 18 for fun.

I don't know what Aussie will require in way of learners... I'll be happy to give it a go. I watched you tube videos of some very good drivers running them things nice and easy up and down and it's just motivates me even more.
