Just off the top of my head....
South Carolina--no over hang on a 53fter..need permits
NC-No permit needed-- if you can hang 2ft up front on the rest on the rear..
VA--- 4ft
WV--6ft of overhang
OH---I dont know but im pretty certain you have to permit it in Ohio.
IN--I dont run here much but I think you have to permit any overhang on a 53fter...
