    Looks like a de-icer truck? Or was a de-icer truck. They're usually high.
    Hauled certain models without tires sometimes to get the height down. Looks like he had it loaded on a flat rack for export,waaaaay to high.

    Not sure what sort of truck it is exactly but WTF, it almost looks like he's hauling two different shipments , and thought he could get away with loading the truck on whatever that platform is (open flat container?)
