They DO NOT have a CSA score

 

Should be?

Never heard of a dot officer allowing an overweight truck to go unless it was unloaded.

However the thing is, this is on you. You can't say they loaded you wrong, they are not the one in charge of the truck, you are. From my pov you needed to ensure it was done right or refused to take the load.

 

You can disagree but your wrong. Go ahead, try and look up your CSA score. There is NONE!!! If you owned a trucking company you would know this.

While the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration does not use the Safety Measurement System (SMS) or any other system to assign formal safety ratings to individual drivers, the agency recognizes that holding drivers accountable for safe driving behavior is an important part of the safety compliance and enforcement process. Safety Investigators (SIs) always systematically investigate drivers with egregious violations when investigating a motor carrier. Additionally, SIs use the Driver SMS, an internal safety assessment tool, to review drivers with strong patterns of noncompliance. Any violations that are not corrected may result in a Notice of Violation or Notice of Claim for the driver.

 

They will at some point. I think it's going to be called PSP or something like that

 

A Driver Does accumulate Points. They are reflected on your PSP.

That's not CSA. CSA is only for companies. Women also have a separate scoring system called, I think, PMS
