    Has your company said anything about paying the fine?How long were you OOS?5000 lbs is alot over but this is flatbed so I know nothing about that.Did your company know you was overweight when you picked up the load?

    There are 2 types of truck drivers I really respect. Flatbed drivers and Movers. My father told me many years ago to stay in vans.

    I think based on the word recent in the first post and his reply to my inspection question being in the past tense I am 99% sure this has happened and is over.
