    No mystery there. You have the 5th wheel set at or behind center of the drive axles which is not generally a good idea or optimal unless you need that position for flap hanger clearance or to haul long, overhang loads

    Actually, nope!.... That's what's strange

    The FW is forward of center, towards the steers !!

    I'm confident that if adding more cargo weight in trailer progressively DECREASES steer axle weight, then 5th is at or behind center. Maybe what's going on is you're weighing with different fuel weights.

    Laws of physics don't deviate.

    It's not behind center or close.

    And no Sir, i always load my dedicated Lane with a full fuel load.

    Best i can determine it's the suspension design as it's loaded doesn't distribute the weight evenly across the frame. It defeats logic with how it acts....
