There was a truckstop he could have weighed at between Baltimore and Montclair, right below Baltimore. Used to be one in Baltimore.

If he learned something from all of this take it easy on him. He'll probably pay better attention next time.
A lot of times loaders just plain don't care if you're heavy or not. If they ask the driver and the driver tells them to put on more cargo they'll probably do it. It's a crappy system but it's something to watch out for.Blackshack46 Thanks this. -
