We just got a ticket for being overweight, scale was broke at terminal and Wyoming green lighted me, anyway does estes pay for those tickets? There is more in that trailer than the bills state.

You will probably get a lot of speculative answers here. For the most reliable answer you should direct your question to Estes. Just a guess.
JOHNQPUBLIC, snowlauncher and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
Too bad @MACK E-6 isn't on today. Wonder if the other LTL guys could chime in? @Bob Dobalina ... speculations?

I'm gonna agree with @MACK E-6 on this one. If you don't have a working scale at the terminal, how are you supposed to know if the load is legal. It was loaded by Estes employees, so the company should be responsible for the problem.... Just report it to your manager as soon as you can, and they should take care of it.

Turn it in to next terminal. Estes will pay the billG13Tomcat, Swine hauler, FlaSwampRat and 1 other person Thank this. -
And a FYI. Can scale at truckstop and use fuel card to pay for it.

Just curious, was it the drives?
Criddy_team Thanks this. -
Atlanta has a box specifically for over weight tickets. Estes pays a ton of them a year actually.
baha and FlaSwampRat Thank this.
