    I am not cheap - i just never needed it , because most of the time truck grossing 75-76k
    As far as getting better driver i am waiting for your great advice where to source them .
    Also can you pls state definition of the right equipment sir

    Nothing wrong with the equipment or the shipper.

    Just the reward of complacency.

    And no, he had lots of choices, including taking the time to scale.

    But to answer your question, it’s the driver’s responsibility.

    Bet he won’t be as complacent.

    I know that ...but i think you have to be complete idiot to have tractor drives or trailer over with that gross considering that trailer has spread

    First off, it doesn't always matter what your gross weights are, you still have axle weights to abide by. A axle load gauge would tell you that. You must be 1 of 2 things. You're either new at trucking or you are half assesd and suck at trucking.

    Either way I'm guessing you are a cut throat looking to hire drivers on 1099 and pay them low wages, in that case you wont find any good drivers and hopefully be outta business directly

    If he makes you money. Charge him 200 or 300 for it, shared pain lecture. Put the air weight gauges on the tractor and trailer. If he runs up again it's all on him.
