The wording is very clear...the company has hired counsel that knows how to get this done quick, without the different govt. entities getting wind of the payroll violations that are occuring because they are hiding in the shadows regarding required SSN and payroll taxes for an employee. With you being required to form an LLC which shows you to be a contractor, not an employee. Let this attorney represent you, but keep his letter with you to prove they have admitted responsibility.

That’s how I read it. Letter says he won’t be charged any money. Outta be happy with that. Not to mention supervision. I don’t know what more one could expect? You can always consult a Lawyer yourself, they’ll be more than happy to take your money, read a couple pages from a Law Book, and tell you they can’t beat the deal. Why bother? What does “supervision in your record” mean? Do you mean probation? Not being a grammar n**i, just never heard that term before.
