Yes the business violation is legit. Had dot do that to intentionally not allow FMCSA to find out. It was what the company could do something about. I couldn’t.

If they were telling you what to do, then your were NOT running your own business. Get yourself an attorney, because this business owes you a lot more than an overweight ticket reimbursement.
