IL didn't I have an inspection bay so no inspection. They also said their scales pretty much open 24/7. The number of times I've gone through IL since and scales were open 0..

Valdosta use to have a good looking one. She was pretty harsh too. But she looked good. Forsyth has a mean and nasty one. She looks like big mean Carl on the muppets.
