A few things about hair testing.
Hair testing is a company’s policy, not a DOT regulation. Currently it is not an approved test for DOT. Only UA is approved for drug testing. Depending on the drug and the level of use, some can show up for 30 to 45 days from last use. No test actually looks for the drug it’s self. They are looking for the metabolites. Most tests should only use about 1 inch of hair, closest to the skin. Any hair from any part of the body can be used. This will cover about 90 days.
Hair tests have problems. They have proven to be less than accurate and consistent. A number of things can skew the test results. A number of legal cases have been filed against the manufacturers of these test systems.

Prime tanker is food grade; not hazmat.
Prime, as far as I know, does urine test. I have to guess the tanker division is the same, but can't guarantee that.
Schneider does hair follicle. -
Look into Prime Inc

If you want to drive Dry Van I work for Earl Henderson Trucking out of Caseyville IL. Small company vs the mega carriers that have thousands of drivers so the people here really do know your name. I typically stay out 3-4 months at a time then will take 10-14 days off and the company has absolutely no problem with me doing that. Contact me if you questions about the company.
