UCR is due B4 the end of the year. Available to pay now. Bi annual update is due every other year. Most recent full years mileage is used. Depending on if your MC # ends in an odd or even # dictates if you update on every other odd or even year. Also dictates what month the update is due. Mine is feb of even years. My # ends in 2. That’s off the top of my head. Check the FMCSA website to confirm. You may need to update the first year, to meet the required date. Then every other year afterwards. They’ve gotten strict on updating. Used to not be a big deal. I forgot a couple times, without problems. That’s all changed. You can also update it at any time, for any reason. Usually if operations have changed, Phone # or address changed. ETC. Doesn’t have to be a reason though. Regardless you’ll need to update it again on the required month and year, to keep it current.

Don’t forget the Clearing house deadline at end of year. I do everything myself. That one I paid Ooida to do. I think it’s already covered for this year too. I’m going to call them soon to make sure. IFTA License also needs to be renewed. No Cost, just renew and request free stickers. Stickers aren’t required on vehicle till Feb. I believe. Just make sure you have the 2022 License onboard. What else is there??? Hmmmm, Not much except Quarterly fuel taxes, 2290, IRP renewal. We get a little break till then. Your files should have a copy of Current Drivers License in Drivers file, annual violations updates. And annual copy of Drivers License record from DMV. Physical, Annual DOT inspection long forms on equipment. And whatever else they decide to pull out of their behinds next. Lol. I’m tired just thinking of it all. I’d better get busy. First I’ve got to find that missing BOL for my last Load. Ahhhhhh!!! I can’t take it anymore!!! Lol. Good Luck.
