Here's an excel spreadsheet saved as PDF of all the loads available through Primeload. it's best to own your own equipment, if just tractor=77% + insurance binder for 62,000 to use their trailers.

Truck + trailer=82% you pick, you choose.
But you have to have authority insurance requirements, 100,000-1,000,000 and equip must meet current EPA standards.
