Owner Operator here no debt

I agree with that but a college education means #### all (nothing) in this business in my opinion. In fact I tend to look down my nose a little more at college educated people vs people with common sense and experience. I love finding people who are diamonds in the rough and sort of bringing them up and achieving more then they ever thought possible. They are extremely loyal too. College educated think they know when they don’t, and expect to get those new titles every year until they can jump to some cushy corporate gig.

I don’t got time for that. I need do’rs who don’t mind getting their hands dirty and “got the want to”. I got a business to run, the daycare is down the street.
