I can already tell your bookkeeping and accounting needs work. You say you pay a third of profit and then say that third will be 2317 a week. That would mean the the profit was 6951. 6951 PROFIT when pulling for 1.34 a mile after fsc. these numbers simply are not possible.

So a "great week" driving teams and splitting 8500 miles would earn a co-driver less than $.28 per mile?

Why are you trying to work harder.Find work that pays double that and then get a co driver. You do realize what your average cost per mile is.Your working the ### out of that truck and yourself.Don't drag another man who is worse at math than you into your break even operation.

It drives me nuts people want to run their truck around the clock instead of learning to work a third of that and take home more money. Oh wait maybe all hes heard is if the wheels aren't turning you ain't earning

    spyder7723 and Oldironfan Thank this.

he is working for half of what he should be so if you work twice as hard ....... lol you can make about two thirds ..... except you're stuck with those big lease payments so you end up about half again
